Barnier’s Wrong – Of Course The Withdrawal Agreement Is Going To Be Changed

Michel Barnier insists, stoutly, that the Withrawal Agreement isn’t going to be changed in the slightest. Michel Bariner is of course wrong here. As the agreement hasn’t been agreed as yet and there is no agreement in the UK – more importantly perhaps in the Commons – that it should be agreed as it is. Therefore it will be changed.

Michel Barnier warns Boris that Withdrawal Agreement will not be changed as he receives cautious welcome

There are various options of course. Not withdrawing would be rather a change. All sorts of Customs Union, Single Market, free movement but not actually in the EU deals are possible. Buggering off with no agreement at all is likely at least, even if not quite probable at this point.

All of those being changes to that Withdrawal Agreement, aren’t they? And, since the current one isn’t agreed and won’t be then there are going to be changes to it.

So, interesting negotiating stance M. Barnier but no cigar.

17 deals have already been agreed in the case of “no deal”. Everyone is sprouting nonsense.
