Why? Will somebody PLEASE explain to me why we need permission to buy goods from foreigners. The simplest solution is to just........ *NOT* put tarffis on imports. Not: agree to not put tarrifs on imports, not: have a deal to not put tarrifs on imports, just.... NOT put tarrifs on imports.
