From our ever popular series, headline question in The Guardian we can answer.

Can Buddhism solve the NHS’s problems?

As useful a demonstration of Betteridge’s Law as we’re likely to see.

Quite apart from anything else if everyone comes back for another lifetime of treatment we’re rather going to run out of money, aren’t we?

I’m not quite sure why anyone is worried about the NHS when we are all going to die from climate catastrophe in 12 years anyway……………

We could reach nirvana and avoid the necessity of reincarnating. Easier said than done, but perhaps not as difficult as getting an appointment with a consultant on the NHS in good time.
